Adri is a Registered Nurse and experienced Practice Nurse with over 20 years of clinical and chronic disease management experience across the United Kingdom and South Africa. She has developed specialist expertise in diabetes care, patient education, care coordination, and long-term condition management, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and compassionate, person-centred care.
