Our consultations are designed around you, with flexible appointment lengths that allow space for proper understanding. Whether you need advice on a minor illness, ongoing symptoms, or a more complex health concern, your GP has the time to assess, explain, and guide you clearly.
You can choose from three consultation lengths depending on your needs. Each appointment is delivered by an experienced doctor and includes assessment, explanation, and a personalised care plan.
You will be seen at our Church Road clinic in Wimbledon Village. Wherever possible, you will see the same doctor at each visit, allowing your care to build over time with continuity and familiarity.

Before your appointment
You may be asked to complete a short pre-consultation questionnaire to help your doctor prepare. You can also upload previous test results, letters, or scan reports in advance.
During your visit
Your GP will take time to understand your concerns in detail, followed by examination where required. On-site blood testing is available, and further investigations or imaging can be arranged through trusted specialist partners when needed.
After your visit
If follow-up tests, referrals, or treatment are required, we will explain the next steps, timelines, and available options.

Your consultation includes the GP appointment, clinical assessment, and personalised care plan. Issuing of prescriptions is included for all face-to-face consultations. For virtual consultations or prescriptions issued outside a consultation, a separate charge may apply. Any additional investigations, referrals, or medical letters may also carry separate charges, which will always be explained in advance.
